FIRST We must have accumulated the knowledge base to determine what kind of site to build and what the content matter should be. Much of this information must come from you so it will require an hour or two of your time. SECOND You won't have to acquire the tools needed to build and maintain your site. If you wish to view your site, however, you will need a smaller computer system (which you may already have) plus access (ISP) to the Internet. THIRD We will design your site, add the required content to meet with your approval and publish it. You now have your Internet presence! FOURTH We will supervise and maintain your site to assure that, when things do go wrong (and they always do sometime down the road) it will be fixed promptly with a minimum of inconvenience. This 24-hour/7day service includes the e-mail you receive through your own site. FIFTH We 'seed' the appropriate Internet search engines to help prospective customers find YOUR site while searching for the kind of products and/or services YOU offer. You know your business . . .
