Yes, it can seem simple — but it isn't. It requires a lot of thought and planning plus a lot of work. And after you finish the start-up you will have to manage your new business. With many small businesses there are very long hours, 6 or 7 days a week and no vacations. It is a lot of work but you'll be working for you.  The more you put into it, the more successful your business becomes, the greater your personal net worth becomes. And, if you are successful (and that is up to you and not some manager who never heard of you) you will find that the time has arrived that you can enjoy the pleasures in life not available to most folks who spend their lives working for someone else.
